LETTER FROM THE DIRECTOR

Dear Students & Parents,

Welcome to Lambarri Dance Arts!  I am thrilled to welcome back our returning dancers and to add new additions to our dance family!  Here at Lambarri Dance Arts, we are excited to bring New York City caliber dance to you and continue to establish our studio as a prestigious and distinguished force in the dance world. I cannot believe we are heading into our third season already and have achieved so much in such a short time!

I am so fortunate to have been able to create a dance studio representative of a cause so near to my heart.  One of my biggest supporters throughout my life and in dance was my grandmother, Nilda Lambarri.  Unfortunately, she passed away from Dementia before she could see me carry this out.  It is my mission to be sure she lives on through this studio and to show each and every one of you the love and support she showed me.  To honor her, I chose to name the studio after her and will make a donation each year to the Alzheimer's Association.  For the 2019-2020 Season, 20% of Registration Fees will be donated to the Alzheimer's Association!

I am determined to instill in young dancers the importance of mind-body connection.  At Lambarri Dance Arts, we emphasize the need to engage our students logically and artistically, as well as, physically.  Young beginners to advanced level students will benefit from our curriculum, whether they are dancing for fun or seeking a professional career in dance.  Our Faculty are each established professionals either as seasoned performers or choreographers, or with degrees from renowned dance programs in performance and education.  Providing the highest quality training for our dancers is of the utmost importance to us, and we continue to work with pillars of the dance community to bring our students the absolute best! We showcase our dancers every year in a Finale Performance, but I am confident that the lessons learned in our classes will stay with them beyond a single season.

I compile all the best experiences of my career thus far to give my students the very best. Nothing is more gratifying than having an integral part of each of my dancers' journeys and watching them accomplish amazing things! No one on this earth can be you or do what you do, and with that there are endless opportunities! I look forward to another unforgettable year of dance with you!

Best regards,

Alexa Sanniola
